(the “Website”) and the services provided by Inspire My Day SRL, a company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of Belgium (hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Website, enrolling in any program, purchasing services, or opting into communications, including SMS communications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated herein by reference. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services or Website functionality at its discretion and without prior notice.
3. SMS Communications and A2P Compliance
If you voluntarily provide your mobile telephone number and expressly consent to receive SMS communications from the Company, you agree to receive text messages strictly related to administrative and service-related purposes, including onboarding instructions, appointment confirmations, session reminders, scheduling updates, and other operational communications connected to your participation in our programs.
The Company does not use SMS communications for unsolicited promotional marketing.
Message frequency will vary depending on your enrollment status and the number of scheduled interactions associated with your services.
You may withdraw your consent to receive SMS communications at any time by sending the word “STOP” to +32 476 86 29 14. Upon receipt of such request, you will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your unsubscribe status, and you will no longer receive SMS communications unless you subsequently opt in again.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service provider’s plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Belgian law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of income, profits, business opportunities, or reputation arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or services.
