If we are a great fit on paper, after the application before your investment, we will schedule a 30 minutes free video call. The purpose of the call is for us to get to know each other and discuss expectations. We both want to be sure of the person with who we will work together in the next 3 months.

How I Got Started
Unlike most “ leadership coaches”, I didn’t earn my business stripes teaching theory or publishing books.
Instead, I did it the old-fashioned way… through 16 years in real business, not just any business, the ones over €10 billion revenue a year.
I earned it through actual experience through all business cycles, advising 9 global and regional Presidents and coaching over 100 senior leaders ( Vice President and Director) globally.

My coaching and consulting programs aren’t large mass programs or general courses.
In fact, I only work with a handful of coaching clients at any one time.
This means that when I am your coach, I am a true business partner for you. I’ll give you a detailed, customized strategy and structure made for you.
We will start with a powerful 1-on-1 kick-off call, where we set the goal and assess your specific situation, mapping out a detailed plan for implementing all the pieces you are missing. And layout anything else that has been holding you back. So you not only see what you are not able to see yourself today but know exactly what to do.
We will have a 1 on 1 coaching call every two weeks, for 3 months.
During the 3 months, I will also be on email chat about anything you need support, Monday to Friday.
Whether it’s feedback on setting your career ambition, your boardroom presentation, your communication to a large group, preparing a difficult conversation, I will not only coach you, but give your my advices.
